The goal of the Revit Advanced Course-Structure is to give you comprehensive knowledge of Autodesk Revit’s structural modeling, reinforcement detailing, and steel connection design features. This course takes you beyond the fundamentals and into practical structural BIM applications, whether you are working on advanced steel frameworks or RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) structures.

Beams, columns, slabs, foundations, walls, ramps, and staircases are just a few of the structural components you will learn how to precisely and effectively construct and maintain. To satisfy professional construction documentation standards, special attention is paid to reinforcement detailing (rebar modeling, area/path reinforcement, slab and wall reinforcement, and fabric reinforcement.

In order to prepare you to manage multidisciplinary coordination in BIM projects, the program also covers steel structures and industrial truss modeling, including connection design (beam-to-beam, column-to-beam, gusset plate, base plates, and moment connections).

You will be able to produce schedules, quantity take-offs, reinforcement details, and construction documentation that adhere to international industry standards by the end of this course, in addition to being able to create intricate structural models.
