Course Enrollment

Enrollment in a QP Academy course is considered complete once:
● The course fee has been successfully paid, and
● Access to course materials, training sessions, or related resources has been provided.
Once enrollment is completed, the course cannot be cancelled or transferred.

Fees, Payments and Refund Policy

● All course fees are clearly communicated before enrollment.
● Once payment is made, no refunds and no cancellations are allowed under any
circumstances.
● Course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
● Courses purchased under discounts, offers, or promotions are also not eligible for
refunds.
Students are responsible for providing accurate payment and personal details during
enrollment.

Course Access and Usage

● Course materials are provided only for the personal use of the enrolled student.
● Sharing, copying, recording, distributing, or reselling any course content is strictly
prohibited.
● Any unauthorized use may result in suspension of access or legal action.

Training and Certification

● Course completion certificates are issued only after successful completion of the training
requirements.
● Certification eligibility may depend on attendance, assessments, or course completion
criteria.
● QP Academy does not guarantee job placement, employment, or salary outcomes.

Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

● Maintain respectful and professional behavior
● Use course resources responsibly
QP Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misconduct or
misuse.
